Cancellations
If you cancel your reservation 1 month or more before your holiday your deposit will be refunded if the property can be re-let less the cost of re-letting. If you cancel less than 1 month before your holiday the deposit is forfeited and the full cost of rental will be charged if the property is not re-let.
